Keep Moving Forward
I imagine you found yourself here because there is something in your life you are seeking to overcome. I am here to tell you that you do not have to walk this journey alone. No matter what you are going through, there is hope and change is possible. I honor and respect the strength and vulnerability it takes to seek help. As a therapist, I truly love what I do and I care about the people with whom I work with. It’s my passion to come alongside others in the midst of their challenges and to help them live from a place of authenticity, empowerment, and self-awareness. I would love to support you on your journey.
In 2013, I graduated from the Nova Southeastern University with a Master’s Degree Marriage and Family Therapy. Now, as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I have been working with individuals, families, and couples for the last 10 years. I primarily work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, couples, gambling/sports betting addiction, and men's issues. Prior to individual practice, I worked in community mental health helping many clients reach their goals.
I have been trained in, and am primarily guided by Solution Focused and Trauma informed approaches to therapy. I am a casual and warm therapist who uses light humor to connect with and to build a relationship. Please outreach me to get started and we will set up a time to meet for our first appointment.
